Cheryl is amazing! From the start, Cheryl worked very hard for us. She really wanted to find us the perfect home and asked very detailed questions pertaining to what we wanted. She stayed in constant contact with us sending us new listings as well as providing loads of information regarding areas and schools. We came up from VA with our 4 young boys for one week to purchase a home. Cheryl dedicated her entire week to us and had many listings ready for us to see. In addition she was able to secure a home inspection, water testing, and septic inspection during that week. Not only did she provide excellent service, Cheryl was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone considering a move to this area. This past October Cheryl helped us sell our home in Nashua, NH so we could sail off into the retirement sunset of Central New Hampshire. The home we sold was the same home she helped us buy ten years prior. In both cases, we were extremely satisfied with the home buying/selling experience. I am writing this review because I feel compelled to let others know what makes Cheryl so special as an agent and as a person. First, let me say that you will not find a nicer, more friendly person than Cheryl. She has a great sense of humor and a certain charm that makes the home selling ordeal an almost pleasant experience. Her down to earth personality and winning smile (and laugh) certainly kept us upbeat the whole time we had the house on the market, which was during a stretch where there was a glut of homes for sale in our price range. It's safe to say that our client-agent relationship developed into a genuine friendship over the course of the sale. What makes her truly special as an agent is her work ethic and steadfast dedication to her clients. My wife and I did not hesitate for a minute to enlist Cheryl's aid last year when we put our house on the market because she did such an awesome job finding the right house for us at a good price in the first place. She truly is one of a kind. Not only does she have a detailed knowledge of the Greater Nashua area, but she has developed relationships with other realtors which, coupled with her many years of experience in the field, has put her in an excellent position to advocate for buyers and sellers. During the selling process Cheryl made herself available 24/7 and kept us well informed of any and all developments regarding a potential buyer. Moreover, we would always find our house listed in the Sunday paper right until the day it was sold, and Cheryl hosted open houses when she instinctively felt the timing was right. This strategy paid off in the end when one of the visitors made us a fair offer resulting in the eventual sale. To top it off, Cheryl advocated for us vigorously during the home inspection process saving us potentially thousands of dollars in requested repairs and upgrades which she argued were frivolous and unnecessary. She even contacted reasonably-priced reliable vendors to perform the agreed upon fixes. But, let me tell you why I am writing this review a full four months after the closing on our Nashua home. Cheryl sent us a letter a couple of days ago that had copies of the settlement documents attached. She said it was in case we needed a copy for tax filing if we couldn't locate our documents following the move to Central NH. That was exactly the case, and that's Cheryl for you. Still going above and beyond the call of duty looking after her clients....and friends.

We were very pleased with how Cheryl handled the purchase of our new home on Indian Rock Rd in Nashua. She was always available when we had any concerns or questions. So much so, that we decided to have her handle the sale of our home of 30 years, also in Nashua. Cheryl is extremely skilled in her work and also very pleasant to work with! She has a great personality and we enjoyed working with her during the sales of both properties. It all seemed to progress with ease and so quickly!
